Social Media Assistant & Administrator (Part-Time, Contract)

Core Exercise Solutions is a professional development company serving physical therapists, personal trainers, and movement-based practitioners. We help clinicians and coaches build better assessment, exercise selection, and cuing skills through online courses, live calls, and an engaged professional community. We're looking for a part-time contractor to manage our social media presence so our audience stays informed, supported, and connected.

This is a remote, part-time contract role. Hours will vary week to week depending on content volume and launch activity.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the day-to-day presence behind our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels. That means editing and posting content, staying on top of comments and messages, and knowing when to answer something yourself versus looping in the team. You'll also manage our ManyChats automations.

Specifically:

• Edit and post content to Instagram and Facebook
• Create thumbnails for and upload YouTube videos
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages across IG, FB, and YouTube
• Manage ManyChats flows and handle or route incoming chat inquiries
• Source images from Adobe Stock for social posts and team presentations
• Support our video editor with image assets as needed

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a marketing strategist. You need to be someone who is organized, communicates well, understands social media natively, and can represent a professional brand without being stiff about it. Our audience is made up of healthcare and fitness professionals, so the tone is knowledgeable and collegial, not hype-driven.

• 2+ years managing business social media accounts, Instagram and Facebook required
• Creative eye and comfortable with basic photo and video editing for Instagram
• Experience with ManyChats or similar chat automation tools is a plus
• Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for basic formatting and graphics
• Strong written communication skills and an ability to match a brand voice
• Self-directed with updating schedules and completing tasks independently
• Experience with Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Stock or similar image libraries is a plus
• Familiarity with Frame.io is a plus

Course Operations & Content Coordinator (Part-Time, Contract)

Core Exercise Solutions is a professional development company for physical therapists, personal trainers, and movement practitioners. Our online courses, resources, and content live primarily on Kajabi, and we need a detail-oriented contractor to keep the backend running smoothly. We provide online membership support through a private Facebook and Google calendar. This is a behind-the-scenes role with no client-facing work required, but it's essential to how we deliver a quality experience to our students and customers.

This is a remote, part-time contract role. Hours will vary based on course launch cycles and content production schedules.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help manage the operational side of our course platform and content production. That means uploading and organizing content in Kajabi, assembling video and audio files, coordinating with team members on orders and updates, and keeping our calendar and records current. Most of this work is process-driven, and we'll provide clear SOPs and checklists for each task.

Specifically:

• Upload videos, quizzes, and PDFs to Kajabi and organize them per course guidelines
• Assemble audio and video files using Clipchamp, iMovie, or similar tools
• Build and maintain course outlines as directed
• Post weekly overviews and updates to our CES Facebook community group
• Create Facebook events for live calls and keep pinned posts up to date
• Update documentation for our continuing education programs
• Keep the Google Calendar current with calls, launches, and deadlines
• Check and place book orders following launch communications
• Coordinate with our team on order tracking, content needs, and platform updates

What We're Looking For

The right person for this role is someone who takes a checklist seriously, follows through without needing to be reminded, and communicates clearly when something is unclear or needs a decision. You don't need to be a course designer or a video producer — you need to be reliable, accurate, and comfortable in the tools to help keep things running smoothly.

• Experience with Kajabi strongly preferred to be able to upload content, manage quizzes, organize PDFs
• Basic video editing skills using Clipchamp, iMovie, or a comparable tool
• Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for basic formatting and graphics
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, you follow SOPs closely and flag issues early
• Clear written communication for internal coordination with a small team
• Comfortable working in Google Calendar and Google Drive
• Able to manage multiple ongoing tasks and recurring responsibilities independently
